  • We ship orders within 1-2 business days for boutique items, unless otherwise noted. We also try to ship treat orders within 1-2 business days, however, these are baked fresh so please allow another day or two from time-to -time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of treats and hygiene concerns, food items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Boutique items (e.g., collars, accessories) may be returned within [e.g., 14 days] if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
